please help - cannot get all data from encore pro

Hi:

I am not able to get all date from encore pro. I am choosing the full report option. I can get useage, leak rate, bipap settings - 11 and 7 but nothing else.
I get the charts for apneas, hypopneas etc but there is no graph information and no graph lines.
Could it be a problem with my software?

I'm assuming you've been using this program successfully prior to this.......

Are you SURE it actually did the downlload from the card?
Did it take a normal amount of time to download?
Did it ask you if you wanted to erase the card when the download was done?
If so......
Was the interaction download "date line" dark black in color before you opened it? And, was the interaction date today's date? (or whenever you tried to do this)

When I first downloaded my data, first of all, I didn't change the option above the date range. (don't have access to it right now) But when I had downloaded the data, I didn't realize it was many pages for me to arrow thru. It was all there but I was having a duh moment.

HI:

No I have had this problem forever, just have not figured out how to solve it.
I am sure all downloaded because I have stats for the first few items. This time when it asked to erase, i said yes, because i had 3 months of data.
One thing i noticed as strange is that my useage time is only 3 minutes while I know I have used for hours.

Is the machine listed in your profile the one you're actually using? Is it the Legacy (Pre-M) or an M Series machine?

If you erased your card, you're gonna have to wait till tomorrow, I guess.

I hardly ever erase or switch cards......unless something screws up and I HAVE to. I used one card for all of last year. It's didn't hold all the data for the whole year, but I was doing an experiment because I had never been able to go a full year on a card. I'm doing the same thing this year on a different card.

Hi: The machine in profile is the one I have. I erased the data on thecard but i still have everything uploaded to encore pro - i have not exited the program.
I uploaded 3 months worth of data but can only get those few reports.

I'm trying to visualize exactly what you ARE getting.

Reports from my Encore Pro:
Compliance Information
Patterns of Use
Sleep Therapy Long Term Trend
Sleep Therapy Daily Details (one for each night)
Summary of Compliance - All Data

I have 12 pages in my report (close to 3 months worth) as I started on Jan. 1 with a clean card.

Can you tell me what you ARE (or think you are) missing?

Keep in mind, the reports from a Bi-PAP Pro 2 may be more similar to a Legacy model Pro 2 like I have......than like the ones from an Auto (some extra "stuff" in those reports)

You might try saving it to a PDF file. I find it much easier to navagate than in pro report file.

Did you upload only once in those 3 months? With my APAP I need to upload at least once a week or I'll just get compliance data and the past 7 days.

Hi:
I did upload 3 months of data, and I got all 3 months but not detailed and no detailed for last 7 days.
here is what I got - am posting screens for encore pro analyzer

i have all the screens - hypopnea a/i index etc but no data on them

Pro analyzer will not see the data unless you download every 5 or 7 days. The card loses the daily data after 7 days and Pro analyzer can't see it either. I found this out recentally because i downloaded a card that had not been read in a while and Pro Analyzer would only see the last weeks data. I was able to see the data in the AS and AA files also the leak data showed all the days data but the rest of the data was missing.
