Hi Gumby! I am so happy for you. Congratulations. Are you sleeping better?

Believe it or not my ahi doubled from 1.3 to 3.3. But to be fair I include FL's in my calc.

The machine setting are the same - just a different machine. BUT also new is the Activa Nasal mask, which come with a extra foot of hose. I have been using Comfort Classic nasal mask with a 10ft. hose and no trouble until now.

So the changes are machine, mask, & additional hose.
1st I'm gonna try removing the additional hose.

If this isn’t rocket science why are there so many spaceshots?

Unless it is something I ate - shortening the hose helped. I had no alcohol either nite.

My Ahi went like this -
Fri. (old auto) 1.3
Sat. 3.3
Sun. .7

Unless Encore forgot to subtract the extra hour last nite? I know it is plagued with rounding errors.

Last nite I decided to try adding the extra hose while using a Comfort Classic nasal mask I had used before with excellent results.

My FL+ahi again went to 3 - FL's alone was 1.9 but man do I feel the difference, so for me an ahi of 1.1 w/o the FL's included is meaningless.

I think, at least for now, I will assume that an extra foot of hose added to the end of a 10ft hose will not work for me.

fwiw - my leak rate lastnite was 41.1
for the other days it was
Fri. 50.2 CC Nasal
Sat. 40.9 Activa
Sun. 45.6 Activa/431

The Tiara Chin Strap definitely qualifies you as a queen - just ask Babs : ) However, your persistence toward getting the equipment you need for better health, gets you 6 crowns!
