Sounds great to me. I think you have gone way out of your way and beyound what you had to do to correct a problem. I for one appreciate everything you did to try and make everyone happy. I will be back again. Thanks!

Jerry

Julie - Sounds like a great idea. I too think you and the company have been bending over backward to do the right thing. This shows ya'll are serious about maintaining a good business.

Wow...
I'm impressed. Integrity is commerce isn't all that common, considering that "bottom line" is the absolute top priority with most companies. It's nice to see the considerate interaction between company reps and clients, and the offerings of further "good deals." That's a business model that says.... "we do care."

Med1 gets a vote of confidence from me even though I haven't purchased from them... yet.

A coupon code would be great. Every little bit helps us out in our struggles to sleep!

Thanks, Julie

How nice of you to offer this, Julie! I think you've really gone above and beyond the call of duty to make things right with all on this forum. I was one of the fortunate who purchased my 7500 from you for $250 before the website error was corrected, was so glad to get such a great deal. Thanks!

i am still trying to justify such a tool/(toy) . that certainly is a nice gesture on your part to make that offer. was wondering if the model( h )is the same as the model( f), say if someone wantd to jump in without the software at first. i noticed the package with the software has a 2 year warrenty & the one without only carries a 1 year???

Thanks again for all of your kind words.

We are working on a coupon code ( we gave IT something to do!)

I will post it here in the next couple of days and it will be just for your group.
That was Julie from Med1online on February 20. Anyone gotten this coupon code yet? On another item on this forum, Julie from Med1online promised price-adjustment refunds to folks who purchased the spo 7500 and had customer service problems with Med1. Anyone gotten these yet?

I'm concerned that Med1 screws people in private, but when they bitch about it on the forum, Med1 brings out the PR machine and makes promises to restore its reputation, but doesn't deliver on the promises. I hope I'm wrong, I hope that you all have gotten the excellent customer service in your private dealings with Med1 that Julie seems to promise in her public announcements. But so far, I see no evidence of Med1 coming through with these promises. I do not want us to be duped by this company.

I got mine from them for the reduced price. I think Julie was all over the place here making sure everyone was satisfied, and even offered up a few more units at the end just for kicks. Bash Med1 all you want, I think they did ok.

Med1Online SPO7500F page shows "Email sign-up Coupon Co

Post by Patzee » Fri Mar 07, 2008 8:56 pm

Howdies! Anyone else been to the Med1Online site recently? I just now went back to re-read their product description for the SPO PulseOx 7500F, and was surprised to see a red box annnouncing a "Coupon Code" (didn't check to see if it was on their main page and applied to any other of their products.)

I don't recall 5%-off Email Promotion on the product page prior to Julie telling us she would give us details on a "Coupon Code" specific to our forum that she was working on.

With the related fiasco so far, I am reluctant to go for the 5%...afterall JulieMed1 did tell us she was formulating a Coupon Code specific to cpaptalk.com Forum members...I tend to be trusting - but don't want to turn to a skeleton waiting to hear back from her.

Anxious to hear from those I do trust - you guys n'dolls! - thoughts on this? Is this the offer she told us of in her email, but hasn't come back though she said she would to define? I sure don't want to miss out on a discount, but is this one for us? This is a very expensive (for me) purchase decision...kinda frozen like a deer in the headlamps not wanting to mistep...then again...
