Cpap Pro Nasal Pillows "no mask" System

Post by sleepngo » Mon Feb 18, 2008 2:29 pm

Has anyone used this nasal pillows mask? If so did it work? It looks like it could present some problems staying in place after falling asleep. I would think that the mouth peace would be hard to get use to, while holding the pillows in place. Any information on this mask would be appreciated.

Dan

Greetings SleepNGo,

Reactions to the CPAP Pro are mixed. So far, the two people who have reviewed it on CPAP.com have said good things.

https://www.cpap.com/productpage/CPAP-P ... -mask.html

If you scroll to the top of the page and search for CPAP Pro you can get feedback and opinions from many people who have tried the CPAP Pro.

Good luck!

Johnny

Jhonney I checked out the two reviews you referred to but under search I couldn't find any new information on this mask. I did check out the instructions on how to use the mask and they do discuss the drooling and saliva problem due to the mouth piece.

I think I will wait to hear more information about this mask, before I invest $180.00, it's a good concept but if the mouth piece is a problem, then the price would be a negative factor as to trying one out or not.

I tried it early on, it didn't work for me. The mouthpiece was bulky and caused massive drooling. The worst part is it didn't "click" onto my teeth well so the weight of the hose and interface caused it to continually dislodge. The only way I could keep it in place was to use a chinstrap pulled up so tight it was painful. For me it was a waste of money.
