Best news I've had in months

I spoke to a xPAP company here in Melbourne this morning, after seeing my GP last night. GP is happy to write a prescription, just wanted to know what she needed to tell the xPAP supplier.

They can supply me with an APAP machine just on a letter from the GP, as long as I've had an assessment. Since I've had the assessment, I'll be hiring one on Thursday or Friday. That was the other good news - I can hire one to start with. $125 p/m inc humidifier. Just have to buy a mask (getting fitted up for a ResMed Quattro full face).

My sense of desperation and frustration just dissipated a little
