Results for last night using Encore Viewer

Post by Regie » Tue Feb 12, 2008 1:41 pm

I'd like to see what last night was like according to the reports but each time I have tried to get the results from last nights sleep I have to wait until tomorrow. Is that normal for the rest of you?

Thanks,
Regie

What do you mean? Could you be more descriptive?
Are you trying to read data from your card?
Are you having the problem with the M Series dropping detailed data?

I am trying to read from the card and get report. I do think the M Series does drop some things or it seems maybe it does.

As I understand it a day starts with 12 Noon and goes until the next day at Noon. Last night was Monday, February 11th. As I understand it, that day started at 12 Noon on Feb 11th and ends at 12 Noon today Feb 12th.

Each time I have ever tried to get the information for the previous night (Monday night Feb 11th in this case) I cannot get the information unless it is something like a couple or so hours just immediately after midnight.

I hope this makes sense.

You're being way too vague. You need to list the steps you're going through.
Assuming you're not dealing with the "missing nights" glitch, it shouldn't make any difference in downloading your card. And, even if it is, the Encore Viewer program should extract the data from the card and create a report to look at. Even if it has missing nights of detailed data, the compliance hours should still be in there.

I can comprehend from your description whether you're actually getting through the download steps and whether you're getting a report to look at.

The "default day" is from Noon to Noon. Any sleep/machine time recorded during that time is counted for the day of the "beginning" Noon.

Maybe somebody else with an M Series machine can decipher what you're saying.
