Slinky, why don't you cut & paste your venting into a word doc., print it off & mail in to the lab. that way it might do some good. in any event you will get it off your chest. just try & let it go !

I'm not really dyslexic, but did manage to read the "l" in huggles as an "i" and just had time to start wondering why Slinky was cuddling with diapers before I looked again!
