Remstar Auto M Card Reader & Software What do I Buy?

Post by damonreavis » Thu Feb 07, 2008 2:21 am

I am getting a Respironics REMstar Auto M W/A-flex. I was wondering what the best option is for a card reader and software.

So far all I could find was The Encore Viewer Software 1.0 & Reader for $209. There has to be a better option I am sure.

Any chance of getting a copy of the software somehow?

Thanks for the advice!!

cpapauction.com has had the software a few times cheaper than from other retail sources. Get the card reader from twofactors.com. You will save several dollars this way.

I believe it's "two-factors.com" those little hyphens usually aren't too important, but this one is!

Also I've heard that the software and card reader may be available bundled so make sure you don't get the card reader twice.

Encore Viewer is the only currently available to consumers software for the Respironics machines. They also have EncorePro but will only sell that to DMEs and sleep labs.

The hyphen is important. The "s" needs to go.

It's two-factor.com

Can anyone relate the time frame it takes to receive a card reader from Two-factor.com? I am patiently(right ) waiting the arrival of mine....

It was somewhere between a week and less than two weeks for mine. But that was a couple of years ago.

Couple of years ago when I bought one from two-factor, that is! Didn't take that long to receive it!

I used Pay Pal - it took about 10 days - I think I ordered mine around Sep 2007 and was very pleased with their service.

Planning is everything.

You mean it's not 2factor?

Thanks RG and Gumby

I will continue to "patiently" wait for the arrival of my unit.
