Hope all is well!

She is around.
I talked to her on chat until almost midnight left coast time.
Lost and looking for snoozes.

Gee, I didn't realize I've been missed!
Gosh, gee, golly, I'm surprised.
I haven't left.
I'm still around. I've been busy and a bit on edge about my life circumstances lately. I've used the chat more lately, as a way to vent and a way to link with people a little more closely. Otherwise, I've been a bit too busy to read the board posts and respond. Sorry. I will still keep posting. What? And leave my Rock & Roll? Heavens no!!

R & R isn't the only one who has missed your presence.LDuyer wrote:I haven't left. I'm still around. I've been busy and a bit on edge about my life circumstances lately. ... Sorry. I will still keep posting. What? And leave my Rock & Roll? Heavens no!! Linda
Although we've had some serious disagreements, I always enjoyed being in your company. You have a wonderful sense of humor, and a deep understanding of the "human condition."
I sincerely hope your "life circumstances" improve soon.
Best wishes,
Amigo

Actually, I've been gone on a vacation the past couple of weeks which was interesting. A fellow hosehead came all the way from Australia to visit, and that was great fun. The vacation was in New York City, then a few days at a Maryland beach, then a few days on a remote island in the Chesapeake Bay. I think I liked Smith Island the best, for it was an hour boat ride from the mainland, to a tiny fishing village (less than 60 residents) called Tylerton where there are no cars. The only way to get around was to walk, ride bikes or use golf carts. Lots of birds and beautiful sunsets. You don't go to such a place expecting lots to do, but I sure enjoyed it. And it was strange imagining how these people could live in a place where everything must come by boat and the children commute by boat to go to school.
My Australian friend, well as I said, he was a fellow hosehead, so it was amusing to see if a nose mask and full face mask could be compatible. Haha!
Other than that, I haven't been in these boards and chat much lately, that is true. But I always return because I enjoy the people.
Thanks for the kind words.
Linda
