Secondly, you obviously don't know anything about customer relations - you pop up out of no-where and expect people to trust you with important (and confidential information) without knowing anything about you and with no sign of any attempt to build a trust relationship first. Then, when they post their observations on here, you first get defensive, and then offensive.
I don't know whether or not you are trustworthy, and quite frankly I'm not likely to find out, certainly not from personal experience, because even if I could overcome my suspicion about the way you approached this forum, your attitude about our reaction to it gets up my nose. (That's another figure of speech, also not to be taken literally.)
