There is a plastic slider under the tank of the humidifier on the S7..it sticks and doesnt slide easy to latch tight..has any one else had to deal with this and what did you finally do ??

Hi Stanley, I have an S7 and don't have any trouble sliding the humidifier tank in. I do struggle sometimes getting the latches on the side to lock, but found that if I don't have that plastic thing that seals between the two parts of the tank in just right and sealed all the way around, it doesnt go together right, and then won't latch.
Sorry i'm not more help - I'd call the DME or whomever you purchased it from and have them take a look or advise.

Your are not refering to the right lock....i mean the one that slides UNDER the tanl when placed into position. It is a plastic slide with two molded pastic pins on the underside that fit into two little holes and keps the humidifier snug against the cpap. stanley
