Do any of you change the pressure on your CPAP machine yourself? or do the doctors always do it?
Mine is set for 4-7cm. and my average says I've been using 6.9
Should the levels be raised?
Thanks

No.or do the doctors always do it?
Average pressure or average time sleeping?Mine is set for 4-7cm. and my average says I've been using 6.9
How do you feel?
I started out at a 4-8 (I insisted on having an auto, and couldn't handle a fixed pressure of 7 in the beginning), and I gradually changed my pressure, based on the quality of my sleep, the quality of my waking time, and the results reported by my machine.
See the above.Should the levels be raised?
Good luck.

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.
