Is your profile accurate? Mine is! (I'm a side sleeper, lying on one arm)

Most nights I sleep in many or all of the above positions; flip-flop, side to stomach to back to side... arms and legs all over the place

Does this make me schizophrenic or well-balanced ??

I'm a side-sleeper and some of what is said matches me fairly well, but I also sleep on my arm - not because I am insecure, trust me, I'm not... But, because I have broad shoulders and a pillow thick enough to support me full-on side-sleeping would be 8" thick...

I'm a mixed up mess! Most of my life I was a tummy sleeper but w/one leg extended and the other curled up. Since a whiplash in '94 (when my sleep problems started) I was a side sleeper w/one leg extended and the other curled up. Since CPAP I am mostly a back sleeper, often w/my ankles crossed and occasionally for short periods on one side or the other, sometimes curled up, sometimes one leg extended, the other curled.

Which makes me one crazy mixed up ole broad - and that description probably fits me pretty good. Life is NEVER boring!

I prefer rooster's position too ...
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

I sleep in all these positions. In fact, I can't stay in one position too long or something falls asleep - it can be painful and scary.

They don't cover all the positions. For instance the 'sphinx' position is supposed to mean you don't like to sleep and that you are overly governed by your waking life. (Knees folded under you, uncrossed, head resting on both arms.)

Remember this ancient Mother Goose poem?

"Monday's child is fair of face,
Tuesday's child is full of grace,
Wednesday's child is full of woe,
Thursday's child has far to go,
Friday's child is loving and giving,
Saturday's child works hard for its living,
And a child that's born on the Sabbath day
Is fair and wise and good and gay."

I suggest that the 'sleeping positions' are good for entertainment purposes, but are likely lacking for any useful divination of one's character - about as good as the poem at character divination.

Plus, putting one's knee up when sleeping on the side is great for releaving gas.

Sleeping by hanging from Rafters...

Sleeping by hanging from rafters...

If you sleep with your feet above your head, clinging to a rafter, chances are you suck the life out of those around you. You're a night person, avoiding daylight and garlic. Your favorite color is red, and you like raw protein.
