Encore Pro

How can I get a copy of Encore Pro that is compatible with Vista? I have an old version. It installs and I have the card reader hooked up, but when I go to download the information it doesn't communicate with the database. I'm assuming that this is a Vista/Encore Pro problem.

I've seen the Encore Viewer software but I'd rather have Encore Pro.
