Make sure when you get your reader--you do NOT use the CD that comes with the reader to install it. You have to back to two-factors.com and download the encore pro software from their website. The reader will NOT work for Encore pro with the CD that comes with the reader. Good luck and congrats on a great deal. I also received my reader in exactly 1 week, and I ordered my reader last November at the start of the holiday season.

reader appears to be sold out at two factor.

Cindy, are you saying the encorepro software comes with the reader?

Thanks.

Dave, no the reader come with a driver software. while some have reported that the driver that comes with the reader now works there is a driver in Encore and it has a better chance of working yhan the one that comes with the reader.

NO, Negative Big Ben. The reader comes with a CD which has the driver(software) for the reader.

I used that CD driver with absolutely NO trouble about two months ago (Oct 2007).

Not to worry, Encore also comes with the driver for the reader. It is your standard card reader and has many applications.

My service from two-factors was great 7-10 days using paypal.

Good Luck,
GumbyCT

It happens quite frequently but they always seems to quickly restock. Check back on the Two-factor website in a few days or you could email the company to inquire when the stock will be replenished. They are very responsive to emails.

Now I'm confused by various people giving differing installation instructions of the software and reader. What are the correct steps to install these?

BTW, anybody that has been waiting for Two-Factor to get more readers in stock, as of this morning the stock has been replenished.

WOW,

I just got my reader from Hong Kong today. I was looking at the package and the amount of postage that is on it. There are four postage stamps.

First - $13
Second - $20
Third - $5
Fourth - $0.10

I hope that is in Yen or something. IF that is US dollars, they are losing money BIG time!!!
Thank You,

it took about one week for delivey and then a few days for me to get to posgt office to pick up as signatrue was required. Encore viewer 1.0 c\driver cd from reader worked fine. I installed encore viewer first, then plugged in reader then put cd in drive and it worked w/o reboot.

Now a question my leaks are 25.0 do you rhin I should be worried (i.e. tape/polident) or see if I get better with mouth closing with time (only been at it for a month)
Thanks.

You have to look at the leak rate for your mask for your cpap pressure. It should be in the literature that came with your mask.

The two that I use both haverate of 25.0 so I think I am right on target and no tape/polident etc for me.
