PurSleep and Your SO

Post by SleepGuy » Tue Dec 11, 2007 4:52 pm

Someone has asked me how much her SO will be able to smell the PurSleep aromas. I was wondering the same thing so I thought I'd ask for some feedback.

Thanks!

I can't directly say, but people coming into my bedroom are always pleasantly aware of the aroma and ask me what it is. Apparently it lingers on my mask and apparatus. Always positive remarks.

Cheers,
B.

My DW says it is the best thing I added to my routine. She hates the air blowing from my Swift II mask when I turn her direction, but at least now, it smells like spearmint (Clear) long after I no longer can detect it. I, too, think it lingers in the mask after my nose has turned it off for me.

My husband can definately smell it. (But I use 4 to 6 drops a night!)
He reminds me to use it if I forget.

Wife likes some, not others....She detects it long after I can't....
I use flonase for allergies, so my sense of smell is compromised....I use at least 4-5 drops of whatever fragrance I choose for the night....

cheers

In the mask, it lasts a couple of hours, In the Bedroom, I would give it 3 to 4 hours ( with the door closed ) .

My husband & I both are CPAP and Pur-Sleep users. Before my husband got his Bi-PAP last July, he could smell the scent coming from my exhaust. He liked it.

Since we both are hoseheads, we use different scents, it makes for a nice combination in the bedroom. I use Clear and Cream, and Hubby uses Spice. We love Pur-Sleep.

My SugarPieHoneyBunch can smell it. It does stay with the equipment even after I wash it. I can smell it when I enter the bedroom.

Thanks to all for your feedback. It has been surprising what a big difference such a small thing can make. For the last 2 years I have absolutely LOVED my cpap. I continue to sleep with it, flat out, all night. I look forward to going to bed now.

Yesterday was the first issue of the Pur-Sleep newsletter. I have been very pleasantly surprised by all of the direct responses and feedback, particularly the number of people interested in trialing the new line of fragrances I am developing for Pur-Sleep. These will be high-quality fragrance oils, common types that we all know like cotton candy, coconut, cherry, vanilla, maybe even chocolate (yes, I found a very good one). I want to call this line AirCandy fragrances and I'll start with six. I have 8-10 candidate fragrances and need to get feedback and narrow the field to six. Anyone who has not yet contacted me and wants to participate in the trial please let me know. If you want to sign up for future newsletters just go to the home page of the website and input your email address. Or if you want me to send you the one from yesterday, just sign up and let me know--I can re-send it to you.

Happy Holidays!
