1000 hrs. on my machine

Post by Organplayer » Wed Dec 12, 2007 9:23 am

My machine rolled over the 1000 hr. mark. Six months and still going.
To you newbies, stick with it. It will change your life.

I sleep great, get up once (used to get up three and four times), send the dogs out while I am up, go back to bed.

I think this is the way I should have felt all these years.

Sleep on my good friends. May the hose be with you.

Kevin

You too, Kevin.
You'll start noticing that some of these "mile markers" are going to go by faster and faster at some point.

It's a good sign you've settled into the therapy.

I'm almost at the end of my fifth month and agree with you on the bathroom thing. I used to get up three or four times. too. Couldn't get back to sleep sometimes and spent many nights in my recliner, dozing and watching tv. Not now, get up maybe once a night (many nights not at all) and sleep well. I have severe spinal stenosis and can even sleep through that most nights. Way to go, Kevin!!!!!!!!

Mine did likewise a couple of weeks ago. I've only been on xpap a little over 4 months. I must be spending some good sleeping hours!
