My resmed activa mask has developed a squeak where the swivel connects to the mask face. how do I de-squeak it , any ideas?

Mine did that too a while back. I started putting a very SMALL amount of Vaseline on the circular part where the eblow connects to the mask frame just after I put it back together after each weekly cleaning. That took care of it with just a very miniscule amount of the stuff. Then I read that inhaling the fumes from it could be harmful in rare cases, so I don't do it anymore. Thankfully, it hasn't squeaked since I stopped. You might try searching the forum. I know there have been several threads about this before that might be useful.

Easiest fix I've found for similar problem with Quattro is one tried by a number of folks .... use plumber's teflon tape and wrap it around both ends of the elbow where it connects.

Vaseline placed where the fumes can be inhaled may be problematic ... not good for lungs although it would probably take a long time.
