Has anyone ordered a hose cover from comfortsleeve?

I ordered a hose cover in September from comfortsleeve after hearing about someone talk about it on this site. She cashed the check in September, emailed me and said it would be within two weeks that I would receive it due to her moving business out of home. I emailed her two weeks ago to ask about it and still haven't heard any response back. Was wondering if I should ever expect to receive it.

i ordered a hose cover from kathleen earlier this year and received it in good time, and it's really well made...
hopefully it's just a mix up because of the move

Hi DebSt99, I haven't ever ordered one from her but I am sure she will make it right with you, maybe she has misplaced the paperwork during the move! I would just keep emailing her a couple of times a week and in the email be sure and give her your order number, the date you placed your order and the item# and if you paid for it, I would include that info as well ! I love my comfort sleeve .... it was very quick (she even monogrammed it for me). I'm sure it must be a moving thing

I ordered two comfortsleeves. Got them in record time and have been very happy with them. I'm sure Kathleen will make it right.
