Let's remember that there is also a problem involving the M-Series with the 7 day leak reporting that is shown on the LCD. This leak data problem does not involve the Encore Pro software.
This one seems to have a fix, at least for some of us. If you turn the power to the machine off, when you turn it back on 7-day number on the LCD has changed. I realize we shouldn't have to do that, but at least there seems to be a fix for this one. Just curious, has anybody tried this and it's not worked?

Also, the leak rate and AHI on the LCD have never matched the data from the software. I posted about this a while back and one experienced poster said he would trust the software data over the machine data.

But it makes me wonder sometimes, with all these little glitches, is there something else "not working quite right" that we don't know about?

Nelson, Why do you save it in the mycpap utility? When you download it is saved in the Encore SQL Data Base. Just trying to understand before I do something I can't undo.

It must be constitant my lost data is a week apart just like WearyOne's.
I usually like to run mine by the month so I can take the last months report with the last weeks detailed data to my Doc. Trying to figure out how I can do this if I erase every day. I still look at the encore pro printout to see where during the night the events happened and where during the night the major leaks occured. I don't think I can see this in pro analyzer but James sure give more and better data on everything else.

Nelson, I'm so glad that worked for you!

Also, Nelson, I will probably feel stupid after you tell me this, but what/where is MyCpap Utility? I haven't downloaded Encore Analyzer yet--is it in that program?

About three weeks ago, I started manually entering the data into Excel. Analyzer would probably be much better. Or maybe both. I've decided I want to track my weight loss, also, in relation to snoring and length of time in apneas. My AHI's are great, but snoring is still an issue, which might be causing some UARS episodes that the machine doesn't track (or possibly can't track). I had a lot of UARS episodes in my sleep study.

I wonder if it does have something to do with how full the card gets? I started therapy in February of this year and have never erased the data from the card. I used to lose two days every month, but like I posted earlier, I lost two days just last week and now again last night.

My sleep doc has never asked for the card, although I did take him some reports from it the last time I saw him. Neither has the DME. So, I guess if I mess up the compliance data, it won't really matter all that much.

WearyOne, I erase my card every month and it does not help. It is just something in the machine firmware.

James Skinner's Pro Analyzer can be had by sending James a request at:
http://james.istop.com/EncoreProAnalyzer/. Be sure and donate a little to keep him working.

The MyCpap utility can be downloaded at mycpap.com. Both are good programs.

Thanks for the information and links, Jerry!

I was just grasping at straws, so to speak, on erasing the card. It just seems that whenever I feel especially good (or bad) is when this happens. Like today, I feel horrible, but don't have anything to show whether it has anything to do with my apnea, snoring, etc. If I could remember to erase the LCD data on the machine each day, I guess at least I would have the AHI and leak numbers from the previous night to give me an idea. Oh, well.

I did not have any data this morning eather and I dont think I had to good of a night eather. By looking at the data with Pro Analyzer it did show that my time in apnea was 24 seconds which usually means I had 2 apneas that lasted about 12 seconds each. Encore won't show this. PA also will show average, 90% and max leak data even when Encore Pro does not show anything.
