I recently made a purchase of the product PADACHEEK. They are reasonably priced and oh so comfy. No strap marks in the morning!!

Great product padacheek!!

I highly recommend them.

I recently started using a Swift II and the head gear was irritating the top of my ears. I mentioned this to Karen by way of cpapauction.com and she sent me an EMAIL saying she would come up with something. She did and got it right the first try! Great service at reasonable prices.

If you have a similar need, mention the "modified" Swift II.

Isn't Karen wonderful! She constantly goes the extra mile to help make this more comfortable for us! She made me a 'gasket' for the UMFF so I could take a break from taping and use it during times of congestion(I seem to be allergic to the materials used for the cushion). Anyone who get sore spots or irritation from the masks or headgear would be well advised to PM or e-mail Karen. She will do her very best to remedy the problem.

Forgot to mention;
I was having a bit of trouble getting the card out of the machine. My slightly arthritic fingers couldn't pinch it well enough. Karen made me a zipper pull that I hooked into the little hole in the card. Now I have a handle to pull the card out! Works great and even looks nice!
