Yea ... it's a tough trade-off :
Stupid and invincible vs. Wise and decrepit ... but nevertheless I was not given a choice in the matter
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

If you sleep on your side, you aren't going to like strapping the hose to the headgear. It will be a big lump between the pillow and your head.
On the other hand, I've not tried strapping the hose to the *front* of the headgear. That might work out ok.

I attached the hose to the front strap and it worked fine. I only sleep on my back and my left side, so I have the hose on my right side. Worked pretty well. Also 7 HOURS on night 2. WOW! Hope it continues. I found out that if you open your mouth during the night, YOU WILL WAKE UP! Pressure rush.
I appologize if I may have offended anyone about the dependency question. I realize the positive benfits of the CPAP and I plan on using it. But after reading many posts here, it just bothered me that some of the people seem to go into a panic if it is suggested that they might miss one night of use. By all means, use it. I understand that it is a life long committment also. And I am still in the learnng phase of all of this. I just need to read more and maybe I'll undertand better.
Thanks for all of the great comments.

Well I appologize for hi-jacking your thread there chief
In case you don't already know ... releasing air out of your mouth will compromise your treatment if it happens often enough (known as mouth leaks). You will need to monitor those leaks ... but you need a data capable machine to do that. If you find yourself tired during the day, consider asking your doctor to prescribe you a better machine so that you can monitor leak issues (you should ask your doctor for a better machine regardless).
Best wishes!
