Store around Poughkeepsie, not online store

Post by Guest » Tue Oct 16, 2007 1:51 pm

I need to buy some new tubing, masks and water chambers for my cpap machine and humidifier.
I do not want to order online but rather buy in person. I will be travelling in this area in the nest 2 weeks. Also the Danbury, Ct. area.
oes anyone know of stores in these areas that have cpap machines.

Look for a DME in any area you are in or going to, they will be proud to take three times retail for the items. Jim

Here is a suggestion, you can go from here and perhaps find what you are looking for.

The ones to call are under Oxygen starting with American Home Patient.......

I'm not sure why anyone would want to buy from a DME because the prices are so much higher. Check the online prices first, maybe you can do some bargaining with them.

Whatever your reasons are for not buying online, I'll recommend Health Complex Medical Supply in Danbury. They're my DME and so far they've blown me away by getting me what I wanted without any hassle including auto-shipping monthly supplies. They have a fitting room for masks and probably some parts, but I'd call first to see if they can order what you need.

It would be cheaper to have cpap.com mail to a hotel in the area. If you get really stuck and are just looking for a standard 6' hose and M-series humidifier chamber, I might be able to help you out.
