CPAP Auction

Post by Guest » Tue Oct 09, 2007 3:32 pm

This was my first ever auction experience...plus I got something really cool to make sleeping with head gear a little better (besides the great sleep!). I have had to stick tissue under the head gear to keep from having marks...now I have pretty, ez on, ez off, purple covers for the straps! How cool is that?! My auction bid + shipping was still lower than the prices I saw retail. I didn't even know that there were "comfort" items until reading the message boards. It sure is nice to have a place to go to find out more info about my apnea, the equipment, and comfort and to sometimes buy! The seller was very nice, professional and prompt with shipping. I am so happy...Thank you.

Sorry...I did something wrong on my previous post...it is showing me as a guest. I am registered at both cpaptalk and cpapauctions.

bookwyrm, how cool. Glad you're getting more comfortable (that sure helps sleep!) and are finding things on the cpapauction site to help you get that way. Welcome to the board.

Thank you for the welcome...I never did really introduce myself...but I have been lurking for awhile and learning a lot...and wishing I could start all over knowing what I know now. Anyway...this board has been great. It even answered my questions about flying with my CPAP machine. I went to the airport with the travel regs printed out and ready to say that I was allowed medical equipment as carry on and it did not count against the carry on total! I went through without a hitch...but I was ready just in case! Now...I guess I will go post an official hello and introduction!
