Hallelujah! One Year Last Night!

Post by Slinky » Tue Oct 09, 2007 6:52 am

Tonight will be my 366th night on CPAP! I haven't figured out the hours yet because some nights were spent on an autoPAP instead of my Resmed S8 Elite.

Thanks, Mindy. Yup, joining some friends for lunch today at a local Chinese buffet. Looking forward to eating a second helping of Pineapple Chicken in honor of Tim from WI who also just passed his one year milestone a night ahead of me.

Hi Slinky,

Good for you for celebrating! It's nice when we remember to do that - reminds us of the good things in life.

No cake?

Mindy

Awwww, shucks, everyone. THANK YOU. I sure appreciate The Gift, Gasp! And the trophy, Tuna. They are neat.
Naw, Mindy, thanks, but for the most part I prefer real food to cake. When I eat out I never have room for dessert unless the restaurant is a bust and the food not so great.
I'm wasnt able to save you any Pineapple Chicken, Tim. I put a pretty good dent in their supply every time I go there! I sure tried tho! I'm so full I had to roll out to the car rather than walk!
Hey, congratulations, Hurricane! You've got some time on Tim and me.
Sharon, that Pineapple Chicken hasn't failed me yet!!! The only thing I like better is Prime Rib at The Outback (with a good frozen margarita) and that Bloomin' Onion!!! The Crohn's isn't quite up to that just yet tho.
Whilst dreaming .... TGI Friday's Pot Stickers and Tuscan Spinach Dip and Chips don't sound any too bad either!!

Congratulations Slinky on your one year anniversary! I hope you enjoyed your celebration. You sure earned it. I wish you continued improvement of health, energy, and vitality with each passing cpap night.

Well, phoo, I tried to put you a picture of a red rose in there, but it didn't come out, so I had to delete post. just imagine this is a red rose, lol.
