Lately I find I drool constantly when sleeping. It's not just a little, it wakes me up because my pillow is so wet. I have always drooled a little but nothing like this, I even changed masks to see if it made a difference but it didn't. Is this common on cpap? Is is the humidifier? I keep that very low. Is there anything I can do to stop or lessen this? This disease is very weird if you arent blowing up with gas then you are drooling oceans on your pillow!! Are we having fun yet!!
Disgusting Problem
I don't think its the humidifier.

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.

Just a thought, but at times when I seem to drool it is because my mouth is open and I'm mouth breathing in my sleep. I see that you have a nasal mask. If you are mouthbreathing then you could be losing the treatment (air) out your mouth which would compromise your therapy. Is your nose stuffy? That could be a reason why you'd resort to mouth breathing and drooling. For mouth breathing, some continue to use the nasal mask and tape their mouths, some use chinstraps (not effective for a lot of people) and finally there is the full face mask. Hope this helps.
