Brookstone has a pillow for mild sleep apnea. I think it's rather new. I would appreciate the reviews from anyone that might have used it.
Thanks!
Pillow for Mild Sleep Apnea
This pillow idea also interested me.... I posted on it awhile back. Here's what I found.... I spent a lot of time on the phone/email with Brookstone trying to get ahold of the "scientific study" they kept boasting...

Hi!
I asked awhile back if anyone had experience with the sona pillow which is supposed to treat mild apnea. Because my apnea is mild and is completely due to the structure of my palette, I thought it might be worth a try. I did a little homework and came up with the study they did. Turns out they tried the pillow on only 22 people. Hmm... anyway, here's the link- if you have any comments, I'd like to hear them. It would be a much simpler way to go than CPAP- btw, I've been on CPAP for a year now and wow- what a difference!
Thanks

Out of 22 people, they only got 1 to keep about normal Desat 02
They also had it easy... With an RDI of 113 and a desat down to 61%, I dont think I want just a pillow.
Might it help in conjunction with XPap? Might, hard to say. Or it might make it so that the pressure can be less.
The scary part about the pillow is all the people that will go, spend their money, go home and die.
