Traveling sucks... Traveling with CPAP blows.
I'd rather be diving, then it is a good thing to breathe through your mouth.

All the difference in the world! With the Plus you are flying blind. No way to monitor your therapy via software.
With the Pro you can see what's going on and make adustments. Find out if your titration is correct for one thing. Any many of them aren't.
A friend of mine has type I diabetes and is old enough that he remembers not having a glucometer when he first started. A lot of damage was caused due to inability to monitor a diabetic's treatment back then. Now, he does pretty well with the blood sugar monitor, knowing how much insulin to take and when. Going by how he feels is not recommended! Going by how a person feels with sleep apnea is a very rough measure for most people.
With the Pro or Auto full data machines I can tell:
Is my mask/mouth leaking?
Is my titration pressure taking care of apneas? hypopneas?
Is it too high, causing central apneas?
When during the night are most of my events?
What is the OPTIMAL pressure for me, not just a "pretty good" pressure. Encore Pro Analyzer can be used with the Encore Pro software.
