Post by bones1000 » Tue Sep 25, 2007 7:59 am

How often do people change the ComfortGel Cushion and Silicone Flap. I have to pull the straps down to keep from leaking. Have been useing the same mask for about 7 months.

I used my ComfortGel for 4 months before changing to a different mask, but the CG is high on my backup list (also have HC431 as FF backup).
I hope you get an answer to your question as I'd like to know myself.
It was still working fine when I changed over -- I had issues with the bridge of my nose and my teeth (may need a small)

good luck
cheers

I found that mask worked pretty decent after boiling it for a better fit. I left it in the hot water a bit longer then carefully held it to my face for longer period until it cooled down good to retain its form.

But I found even after doing that it was still a bit noisy. With a goatee I find the Soyala seals better with less strap pressure and it is silent by comparison.
