Having tried many, and also being a regular nasal congestion sufferer, I find the UMFF is the one mask I can rely on.

Have been using one for 2 years - I do like some of the nasal prongs masks but usually come back to the UNFF as the one I can trust even if it is a f/f mask

Good luck

I had one and like the design but couldn't get it to stop leaking. I now use the large Liberty nasal pillows FF mask when needed, very seldom use a FF mask, I like my OptiLife the best.

The three full face masks I've used: (actually, the ONLY masks I've used)

Ultra Mirage Full Face - my first and my favorite. Still using my original (2 1/2 yrs old). I have spares and extra seals.

Quattro - use it occasionally. Good seal, comfortable....but I like the extra airflow inside the UMFF.

Respironics Comfortfull 2 - tried it for three nights. Yuck! Leaked and hurt my chin and lower gums.

It's the mask that I love to hate I guess. I normally wear a hybrid, but when the end of my nose is sore... the UMFF is the only thing that I can wear.

The UMFF works well for me but the forehead piece adjustment is coarser (four clicks for the full range) than I like. If I set it so the cushion is really comfortable at the top of my nose, then the mask tends to leak when I tip my head down.

I just got the Mirage Quatro FF mask and it has a dial with about thirty clicks for the full range instead of four.

I just started using it but so far it's even better than the UMFF mask.
I can adjust it for both comfort and no leaks when I tip my head down.

I used it for a while but had lots of leaking, and it really bothered the bridge of my nose--haven't yet found a mask that fits over my nose that doesn't bother me. I have used the Aura Headrest for a long time now.
