New member, RESCAN software note

Howdy, new to the forum. Have lurked for about 4 months and have gotten much good info from the group. Thought I would let those interested know my experience with RESCAN 3.2 software. It's pretty buggy for production software. javascript:emoticon(':!:')
Exclamation Be careful when you download "all available data" from a card. I did and lost all but the last five days of detailed data about a month ago. My work-around is to first download only detailed info and not overwrite any data that it asks to. Then I download summary data only and let the program overwrite data it wants to. Kind of odd behavior, but this is how the program works. It's the only way I have found to keep it from erasing data in the patient database. If anyone has a better way, please let me know. The documentation is pretty bad and is of no help with this problem.
On another note. Does anyone have experience with the new V2 mask coming out from Hans Rudolph? Think it might work better for me than the three masks I have tried so far. Thanks
