Encore Pro 1.8 install hangs

Hey folks, stop me if this is going to get anyone in trouble, but Encore Pro 1.8 is hanging on install at the point where it says it's installing MSSQL - it's been like that for over a day (I left it on while I was at work, and giving torrenty goodness back). Anyone run into this on WinXPsp2?

As an aside, I've got some experience with computers... has anyone put any effort into cracking the raw data off the smartcard yet, or should I just go ahead and start a project up on Sourceforge?

There is a guy that posted a few months ago... about getting the raw data off the card. Try a site http://www.mycpap.org
