Will any smart card reader work with the Respironics smart card in the M serseis Pro with Cflex? Also, can any balnk smart card be used or does it have to be the one provided by Respitonics?

Categorically......"No" and "Yes"

Smart card reader is exclusively the MAKO/Infineer DT3500.

Smart cards are available from CPAP.COM for about $10 apiece.
