First Night with CPAP

Last night was my first night with my CPAP.i ended up with a Resmed S8 Vantage EPR Auto PAP with humidifier. My mask is Liberty Hybrid……I did a lot better than I thought I would. I feel more rested than I have in a long time. The mask is very comfortable. And I didn’t have any trouble getting used to the air blowing up my nose. So now I’m and official HOSE HEAD and will be Pillow Snorkeling for the rest of my life.

I agree it is a great site -- full of information and encouragement for those that are new to this way of life!! I know it has helped make my transition alot easier as I know what to expect and where to go for information.
