Second night

At least you woke up and put it back on! Some take much longer just to accomplish that. (I resemble that remark.) Hang in there and I hope it gets easier and easier for you to take full advantage of what this treatment can do for you.

For just the second night you're doing GREAT!!! Keep up the good work, it gets easier, and you'll feel better an better. Keep in mind that everyone has a bad night now and then, don't stress over it too much. If you have a lot of bad nights be sure to post so we can help.

A whole new way of sleeping, be patient most of us had problems in the beginning but shortly you will get use to this new way of sleeping and the results will be worth the small discomforts you may have to go through till you feel comfortable to the new bed partner your sleeping with.

Congratulations, you are doing well!

I say this because it's a big adjustment. It takes time, but if you make progress most nights, after a while you'll be doing great! One step at a time. . .
