As has already been stated, masks-to-face correlations are fairly unique. Some are too loud, some are too small, some are to big, some are too tight, some are too loose, some are too unstable, some are too expensive (well ok they are all too expensive for being cheap plastic and silicone), some need pantyhose, some need to be tricked out and pimped out, some need to be decapitated, some need new headgear, some need adaptive flow, some need to route the hose down, some need to route the hose up, some need to leak less, some need to be easier to clean, some need teflon tape, some need to be kicked to the curb ... and then there are all the variations of head/face size and shapes.
Nevertheless, everybody has a favorite of all the ones they have tried and it won't be everybody's favorite. From least favorite to most favorite for me:
1 ) Aclaim II (woke up dizzy and w/ headache … too much CO2?)
2 ) F&P 431 (only tried on never slept with it)
3 ) F&P 432 (pinched my sinuses shut and lost seal after 4 hrs)
4 ) UMFF (pinched my sinuses shut and lost seal after 4 hrs)
5 ) Adam Circuit (too loud)
6 ) Opti-Life (unable to route hose up as I prefer … but good mask)
7 ) Swift I (limited my sleep position on one side … but good mask)
8 ) Twilight NP, Aura/Headrest (just got it but it seems too loud … to be continued)
9 ) Hybrid (still working to get a proper fit because I need a backup to sinus congestion)
10) ComfortLite 2 (not bad so far but the pillows are a bit too floppy)
11 ) Opus (same as CL2 above except much “lighter” better design and headgear)
12 ) Breeze (I had to chop it up and put it back together but this is significantly better for me than any of the other masks I have tried). I can toss from side to side, stomach to back, it is the quietest of all except maybe the FF masks and Opus, I can get a flat-line leak rate about 50% of the time and leak variations are very small when it is not flat-lined, the pillows are super easy to remove, clean, install, and adjust. The original headgear sucks (big time) … but I customized my headgear and it is now very comfortable, fairly light weight, and very stable.

Hey, Dreamstalker,
Have you posted your method for revising the Breeze headgear? I did a search, but can't find anything from you on the subject. I'd love to know what you did, as the Breeze is also my favorite mask. I've found that judicious application of silicone adhesive to the headgear stops some of the random readjusting in the middle of the night, but I'd like to hear of other options. Thanks!
