So, if I have the Elite S8, then the Autoscan 5.7 that is available at cpap.com is what I need to review my data?

Yes, but there is an even newer version of Resmed software called ResScan. Either version will work w/your Elite. I'm seeing virtually no difference between the two versions with the Elite. I haven't tried ResScan w/my AutoSet Vantage yet.

Are you having sign in problems? I notice you had registered in one of you other posts and now you are here again as a guest. You are registered as Lummusc but signed in as Clummus (Guest)

There is at least one location where AutoScan 5.7 (which is quite adequate for the AutoSet Vantage) can be purchased for ~$85 US plus shipping and a small currency conversion charge to your credit card. There is also a generic card reader which can be had for much less than the $65 - $70 US that is asked for the ResMed reader; the only difference is that the ResMed reader has a guide for the undersized card they use. (Reader is an ACR 38, available via the internet from various vendors for ~$33 US plus shipping.) If you want to get the ResMed reader, CPAP.com has a price that's within $1 of the best I've seen. Don't know if they'll price match a foreign competitor on the software, but you could ask.
