I've been making some adjustments and last night was the best sleep yet. In previous nights I thought my pressure was a little low as I felt I was having to pull the air in rather than it helping me breath. Started at 4, then 5, then 7 and last night was 9. 9 felt really good. I felt like the moment I started to inhale, the air was right there, even on my back. As for the Nasalair II, I had not used the head straps yet and have had a little trouble keeping the mask on although it was very comfortable without the head straps. Using the straps last night was actually an improvement. They were very comfortable and did a great job holding things perfectly in place. I'm primarily a side sleeper and switch from left side to right several times a night so I think I need the extra support. The nose is still a little sore but I'm hoping that passes as it's really not too bad. I'm anxious to see how I feel today as this seemed like the best nights rest yet.
My AHI is down to 2.7.
Thanks!
Night 5, and this was the best yet.

that is good, DO what Ted suggested with the Ayr Gel, that stuff works.
if you are new at this, be thankful you got the A-Flex machine, it is awesome to use extremely comfortable at that pressure, like not using the machine at all. I can see you fighting it at lower pressures.
