I have ResMed AutoSet Spirit. I am very happy with it. I am using a ResMed Ultra Mirage Nasal Mask with it and I'm fairly happy with that as well. I seem to have lucked out in getting both of these the first time around. My doctor went ahead and prescribed an APAP for me and the DME sent a respiratory therapist to my house who has personal experience with sleep apnea. So all around - my experience has been relatively positive.
I am wondering if there is anyone out there who can tell me how to get data off my ResMed AutoSet Spirit. I have pushed a bunch of buttons and can't seem to get anywhere. The only thing I can find is how many hours I have used it. Curiosity is getting to me and I would like to see what my AHI is and what the average levels are. A few times I have been able to see what the pressure setting is when I wake up and look at the display before turning the airflow off. If it's in the morning when I'm ready to get out of bed - it's usually anywhere from 7.2 to 7.8. I checked once in the middle of the night and the setting was 9 something. It's set for 4 during the "settling" period.
Anyway - if anyone can point me to where I can find out how to get some of this data off the display I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!

Pamela, push the right and down buttons at the same time and hold them for three seconds. The Clinical menu will then come up and you can view your AHI, AI, and HI. You can also change different settings. I wouldn't advise that unless you are sure of what you are doing of course.
You can also buy the software and cable for $150 to connect it to your PC to get a little more information.
I have the software, but usually, I just record the time, AHI, AI, and HI in a spreadsheet by hand.
