I was wondering if there is a way to download a update from Encore Pro 1.622 to 1.8. There used to be an update page on Respironics site but I can't find it.

Unless you are going to use "Vista", you don't need 1.8i.
To get it from Respironics, all you need is to buy a DME, signed up with Respironics. Apply for access to their download site. Or bribe a DME for their password and user data.
It's probably easier to drive a Tank through the side of the building and get a stack of them. Jim
