Making Sense of Oximetry vs APAP Data

I have a Remstar Pro Auto with C-flex and the Encore Software also a Nellcor 595 pulse oximeter. I wrote some software to allow me to plot data from the two together on one plot.

I now have some plots but am having trouble making sense of the data. I'd sure appreciate it if someone who understands the correlation which should exist between the two could take a look at some of my plots and comment on them.

no idea, maybe try comparing it to a night with out any cpap usage.
