From the beginning, all of my hours have been logged by MyEncore from my downloads. (except for a few naps when I removed the card and one night when I forgot to put it back in)
I started therapy on May 14, 2005. I "passed through" 5000 hours on my second anniversary. I'm coming up on 5400 hrs. (three machines, but most of it on my REMstar Pro 2).

Hopefully, many 10's of thousands more to go....

I have three machines and I am not sure. I sent one in for warranty repairs. Went back to the Remstar plus and now I 'm on my Auto Bipap. I probably have over 3500 total. Not sure have to look when it's light out

7535.5 hours as of this a.m.
Pretty amazing when I note the hours accumulated and then think back to when I wasn't sure that I could endure it the first night.
