Polaris Pressure Settings
I have a polaris ISP9900 I cannot remember how the dealer showed me to adjust settings. I am suppose to be on 16 but we did a room change and I moved my cpap once I plugged it back in it will only peak at 7. I called the dealer and he says my prescription is old and I need to see my sleep dr to get a new prescription...I dont mind doing that but I am currently on 3 nights no sleep and a wife who hasnt had much more! To save my marriage I need to change this thing even if just temporarily till i see the doc ....any help would be greatly appreciated!!
In response to your other post, I gave you this thread to check. I'm not sure if it's the same model as your polaris.

Have you gone to the Polaris site to see if you can get info?

Edit: I don't see where DSM wrote how to set the pressure, but you might PM him and ask.

That's ridiculous. Start raising hell with your DME or Doctor. Are they really willing to make you wait 5 weeks without a machine? Are they willing to fight a lawsuit when you have a stroke or heart attack during that 5 weeks?Donrisgold wrote:Yes Ive even called tech support forr the product. The only answers I get is it has to be adjusted by the dealer. I cant get an appointment with a sleep dr for 5 more weeks. Im afraid by then Ill be divorced .... hahaha
Raise Hell.
Sorry I couldn't help you find a solution. But PM DSM -- he will know how to change the settings, I'm sure.
