I'm going on a book tour (and talking about apnea)!

More details can be found at this press release link

Right now, the details have not been laid down yet, but I have accepted an offer from literary agent and author Chamein Canton (Down That Aisle in Style: A Wedding Guide for Full Figured Women) to join a plus-sized themed tour later this summer to promote her fourth book, Not His Type (to be released this coming fall), when the tour stops in Western Pennsylvania. I am also up as a name to be considered as a PR person for the new book.

Anyway, my plan as part of this tour to also promote sleep apnea awareness and how the disorder can affect people of all ages, sizes, and races, aside from accentuating the positives of plus size living. What better way to make the public our cause as well as promote the new ASAA Patient Education Bulletins?

Congrats to you Lori! what a great honor and adventure for two excellent causes. You will have to come back and tell us how it went.

You go Lori!!!! As a full figure gal and a hosehead myself....we need all of the publicity that we can get!!! I think in past few years the public awareness regarding sleep apnea has improved but we still have a long way to go!!!
