Mirage Activa cushion size

I got two activa cushions - standard and shadow - to try from DME.
I first tried standard. It is kind of big. So I asked for a shadow size and hope
it will be smaller.

I did not make the measurement, but the shadow size actually looks
bigger than the standard size.

Does anyone know what is the main difference between standard and
shadow?

The shallow cushion looks almost identical to the standard one. The difference is in the size and the shape of the cut out for your nose.
