I ma confused - is the REMstar Pro with
c-flex the same as an "auto"
cpap?

Nope. The Remstar Auto is the
Auto CPAP. The Remstar Pro is a straight
CPAP,
CFLEX just allows it to recognize when you're breathing out and drops the pressure slightly to make it easier to exhale.
Liam, who doesn't need
CFLEX, he's a blow-hard.
