New CPAP and interface today

I am picking up a REMstar Pro2 with C-Flex and Breeze mask today. The sleep doc also gave me a script for the Encore Pro software, but the DME company said that they were the only ones that are allowed to use the Encore package. The DME rep had a little trouble understanding the difference between the RemStar Plus and the Pro2, but thanks to this board and a lot of reading I have done, I was able to help them understand. I have not gotten the equipment yet, so there will, I am sure, be more to come.

I will post later regarding insurance (Medicare and Blue Cross) matter.

Your ins may not cover the software...but you can get it without a script on cpap.com for $199.
