Sleep Apnea

Post by Shannon » Sun May 20, 2007 10:31 pm

When I view the information on Smartcard it shows I sleep an average of 6 hours each night. The problem is I'm tired in the afternoon and feel the need for a nap which can last up to 2 hours, is this normal ?

Six hours sleep isn't very much, especially if you're catching up on years of sleep deprivation.

Make sure you use the cpap for your pm naps so you get good quality sleep. Otherwise they could be doing you more harm than good.

Good luck

I doubt the machine can tell how many hours you are sleeping. The brain waves need to be read to know this (EEG).
