Ranman, I think you've received some good answers to your question--no consensus, to be sure--but a decent cross-section of experiences.
I, for one, struggled with the UMFF and a pressure of 16. To be fair, I have a large size, and it may be too large. When I first tried the Quattro, the large was hard to keep from leaking. Moving down to the medium size did the trick.
I love my new medium Quattro, and would have to agree it really is sick (the good kind). I've found the 24-step adjustment is fine enough to lift the mask off my nose without causing a leak, and that the redesigned top of the mask lets me side sleep now.
