New Mask

Early last week I got a new mask -- Ultra Mirage Full Face -- and finally everything seems to be working for me. This is my 4th mask. And it is comfortable, doesn't leak, and I am utterly amazed that I'm finally able to sleep through the night. It's taken a year and 3 months to get to this point. So my advice to any of you out there who may be having trouble or suffering frustration is Don't give up!

I called my DME and demanded that they analyze the data on my card. One might think that the medical establishment would have taken the initiative here; but that didn't happen.

Card data indicated my AHI is 7.5 but that I had too many leaks. Well, I'm confident I've eliminated the leaks and wouldn't be surprised if my AHI trends lower now as well.

I've gotten a mask I think I can live with and hope that I actually begin to feel better too.
